“Congratulations to Michele Tafoya on winning tonight’s Republican primary. Michele brings the charisma, toughness and fight Minnesota Republicans need to unite our party, expand our coalition and win in November.
“Whether Democrats nominate Peggy Flanagan or Angie Craig, the contrast is clear. Flanagan was at the center of the Walz administration while massive fraud exploded. Craig has been in Washington since 2019, watched hundreds of millions in federal taxpayer dollars disappear in the Feeding Our Future scandal, and only acted after the scandal was exposed. Different offices, same DFL failure.
“Now both want a promotion while defending a party that has given Minnesotans higher costs, unchecked fraud and policies that put boys in girls’ sports.
“Michele offers a different direction: stop the fraud, secure the border, cut taxes, lower costs, protect girls’ sports and restore common sense.
