“Where is Walz? The DFL is holding a ‘unity’ event without the leader of its own party because Democrats desperately want Minnesotans to forget the record they all helped create. But Walz is still driving their agenda—and he is still using executive power to kill mining jobs and economic opportunity in Minnesota.
Klobuchar, Smith, Flanagan and Craig are not outsiders arriving to clean up the mess. They are career politicians who helped create it. They stood together as billions were lost to fraud, violent crime increased, student achievement collapsed, unemployment rose and tens of thousands of Minnesotans fled the state.
Will anyone ask them the only question that matters: What would they do differently? The answer is nothing. They supported the Walz agenda, defended the Walz record and now want Minnesotans to reward them with even more power.
The contrast could not be clearer. Democrats offer the same career politicians who drove Minnesota’s decline. Republicans offer real-world leaders who have signed the front of a paycheck, created jobs and experienced the consequences of DFL policies firsthand.
The DFL broke Minnesota. Republicans will fix it.”
