This preference poll is advisory in nature and is intended to provide insight into grassroots sentiment among the Party’s State Central Committee. It does not determine the Party’s endorsement or nomination, which will be decided through the official endorsement process and ultimately by Republican voters.
“The strength of the Minnesota GOP is our grassroots,” said Alex Plechash, Chairman of the Republican Party of Minnesota. “This preference poll provides a snapshot of where engaged party leaders stand today and reflects the growing energy around winning the Governor’s Office in 2026.”
Chairman Plechash added that the Party remains focused on building unity, expanding its grassroots organization, and supporting a strong field of candidates who can defeat Tim Walz’s failed record and restore accountability, affordability, and opportunity for Minnesotans.
