Jennifer DeJournett, Executive Director
As a well-known Republican political operative, Jennifer has appeared on local and national political programs as a Republican political analyst and has been a speaker at conferences and training events across the country.
Jennifer has been a leader on numerous local, state legislative and statewide campaigns offering superior and effective campaign operational management, data-driven advice regarding campaign strategy and micro-targeting, ballot chasing best practice, volunteer recruitment, and fundraising best practices.
She has also lead numerous statewide teams as the State Director for a advocacy organization, the State Director for a Presidential Super PAC and a Deputy State Director of a Presidential campaign.
Jennifer lives in Maple Grove with her husband and four children. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University and has completed a Mini MBA through the University of St. Thomas Executive Education Series. She also has an A.S. degree in accounting, business administration and an A.A.S in management and entrepreneurship.

Noah Rouen, Director of Communication
Noah Rouen utilizes creativity and a forward thinking approach to help achieve his clients communications needs. He brings skills in media relations, advocacy, grassroots communications and issue advertising, to build effective campaigns.
Throughout his career Rouen has worked for some of the biggest names in business and politics. Political leaders and CEOs trust Rouen and his team to manage their communications and position them and their companies positively with customers, shareholders and the general public.
In 2013, Rouen was honored with the TwinWest’s Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year Award and has been recognized by Politics in Minnesota for leading one of the top public affairs campaigns.

Jill Vujovich-Laabs, Director of Outreach Strategies
Jill M. Vujovich-Laabs is a seasoned political administrative management consultant with more than three and a half decades of experience driving successful political campaigns, optimizing organizational operations, and leading cross-functional teams across various sectors. Known for her exceptional strategic planning skills, technological and communication expertise, and unwavering commitment to community engagement, Jill has built a reputation as a go-to leader for both political and administrative consulting.
Her professional journey began in political campaign management, where she has managed or contributed to over two dozen campaigns at local, state, and federal levels. From the Bush-Quayle ‘92 campaign to recent efforts like Herschbach for House and Keena for County Attorney, Jill has consistently delivered results through comprehensive strategy development, data analytics, and effective fundraising and volunteer coordination.
Jill’s strengths lie in her ability to lead diverse teams, manage complex projects, and create inclusive, mission-driven environments. Her deep knowledge of campaign strategies, combined with her tech-savvy approach and strong communication skills, make her an invaluable asset in any organization.

Jenna Dicks, Director of Operations
Jenna Dicks lives in Woodbury, Minnesota with her husband and four children. With a background in American Sign Language Interpreting and a national board certification in health and wellness coaching, she brings a unique blend of communication expertise, organizational leadership, and family-centered values to her role.
As a business owner, homeschool mom, and former RPMN Secretary, Jenna is no stranger to juggling high-stakes responsibilities with heart and purpose.
Her journey into politics began with a wake-up call in 2020, and she quickly dove in—becoming a delegate, campaign staffer, and trusted advisor to local candidates. Today, she remains deeply engaged in Republican leadership, including serving as President of 10KLRW and helping lead the Affiliates Committee.

Minjee Kang, Fundraising and Elephant Club Associate
A graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in Political Science, MJ has worked at the Republican Party of Minnesota through numerous election cycles.
She has enjoyed the opportunity to cultivate meaningful personal connections, focus on donor relations, and gain hands-on political experience.
