Do DFL Gov Candidates Agree With Contents of Franken’s Non-Apology Speech?

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — In his resignation speech, disgraced Senator Al Franken refused to apologize for eight allegations of sexual misconduct, including allegations that he engaged in sexual misconduct while a sitting U.S. Senator.

 

Franken remarked, “Nothing I have done as a Senator, nothing, has brought dishonor on this institution.” (Watch here.

 

Do DFL candidates for governor, like Tim Walz – who has pledged to keep $54,000 in Franken campaign cash while others have donated the money – agree with Franken’s claim that he has not brought dishonor to the Senate?

 

DFL candidates for governor owe voters an answer.
